KNBWY Kirin Holdings Company Limited (PK)

Coca-Cola Co. (KO) is considering a bid for Fraser & Neave Ltd.'s (F99.SG) beverage unit, Bloomberg News reported Wednesday, citing several people with knowledge of the matter.

The division could be worth up to $3 billion, two of the people told Bloomberg.

An executive at Thai Beverage PCL (Y92.SG), which has been increasing its stake in F&N, said Wednesday that Thai Beverage plans to cooperate with F&N but isn't interested in buying the company.
