Jetblack Corp. Provides Updates on New Cannabis Projects

Portland, OR -- November 29, 2018 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Jetblack Corp. (USOTC: JTBK) recently announced strategic moves to enter the Cannabis Industry. Jetblack Corp. recently entered into a purchase agreement with This Budz For You Farms LLC. Jetblack Corp. is in the process of working with OLCC to transfer locations and ownership interests in This Budz For You Farms LLC, a Tier 1 Oregon Cannabis Producer. This Budz For You Farms, will become a majority owned subsidiary of Jetblack Corp. The company will be moving to a new leased 8,400 square foot facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. The facility will need to be built out for the culivation of cannabis. The company has applied for wholesale and processor licenses as well for the location.

In addition, Jetblack Corp. announced it has signed a Binding LOI to purchase 16 acres of land in Sonoma County, that the company believes is suitable for Cannabis Cultivation. All reports and surveys, that are required for the cannabis cultivation application, have been done on the property. The company has 30 days due diligence to decide whether to proceed forward with the transaction.
