Good to see some trades trickling in at .003 and up. Beats a sharp stick in the eye. Barely bullish. HYPR looks interesting now for a bounce.

Surprisingly, the he hasn't put out some BS pr about the shell becoming part of the AI industry. I wish he'd let somebody else do something productive with JADA.

Bullish only due to how long this has been beaten down to near nothing. All optimism is long gone. On the plus side, sellers can only be found at three times the bid. Rarely does anyone sell at the bid. Maybe estate sales as shareholders pass on while waiting?

Has anyone talked to the CEO or his lawyer Turner? I tried to call Turner a month or two ago, he didn't answer and I left a message....no call back. I'd like to just ask him about the mental health of his client, and if he plans to ever file again...etc. Anyone ever talk to him? Thanks.

If he does he'll want all his 100K per month stipend for of course doing NOTHING. It will total $4 MILLION on 4/1/25.

And...most likely if someone else buys it they'll jack up the AS and dilute the HELL of the stock to get their 4M back and just like Willy make a load of empty promises to do so.

1. The Q2 financial (filed two months late) STILL hasn't been corrected in the "Statement of Operations".
2. You still haven't filed the Q3 financial which was DUE in November. No notice of late filing on OCT Markets either.
3. Your attorney letter for the Annual financial was almost SEVEN MONTHS late.

Yeah...his big time Attorney went over those financials with a fine tooth comb YET the financials for the period ending June 30 2024 actually show statements of income ending AND Statement of Cash Flows ending on MARCH 31st 2024.

Stain has nothing. There are no quarterly filings, and the annual report says nothing other than that he is owed more money. He’s doing such a tremendous job!!! lol. Hopefully whoever trusted this loser can at least break even.

I'm guessing that the other filings are in the works. It looks like he's trying to get the company off of the ground, because of the line of credit available. If he's getting a frozen dinner business going, it may take some time for it to bloom. There may be sales ($$$) in the first quarter. An update would be nice to know. I hope he's not playing a shell game using JADA for tax relief on another business or businesses, I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt though. IMO.
