Item 8.01 Other Events.

On March 22, 2023, Ionix Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on the recent updates of the Company’s business and operation activities.

The Company is currently restructuring its principal business and exploring potential opportunities of expansion into new industries.

The Company would like to reassure its various stakeholders that it has on-going operations and will provide a full update to stakeholders as soon as possible.
