Item 8.01 Other Events.

On February 4, 2019, the Board of Directors of Indoor Harvest Corp (the “Company”) decided to cancel the Company’s Virtual Special Meeting of Stockholders (the “Meeting”) previously scheduled to be held on February 5, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) as it does not believe it is in the best interests of the Company’s shareholders to conduct the Meeting at this time.
