Fees and information specified under Section 2(G) within the applicable timeframes and by

Needs filings to OTC Markets to resume trading again.

There is very little buy volume in all OTC stocks right now. Might be waiting on a better market, or perhaps in the process of changing ownership.

The share structure here is still very good for this stock. It's not over yet, but it can exist forever on Expert Market until someone files for it.

It will remain idle now until we get the news or hint of news that an Annual Report is coming.

If one can purchase this at .0001, it's a very good opportunity. I will entertain that opportunity.

Can someone explain to me the process moving forward. I have been waiting a long time on this company, telling myself to be patient but now this. Thank you and best of luck to all holders.
