INFINYA (PK) Description
The Hadera Paper Group is the market leader in the paper and paper products market in Israel. The Company was established in 1951 by a group of American investors guided by a vision of an independent Israeli industry that would replace import. The Group has grown and expanded from a single paper machine company to a powerful, industrial business group engaged in diversified business areas. Adapting its organizational structure to a holding group's structure, the company had enabled each of its business fields to focus on its activities and to compete efficiently with market powers. Globalization and the exposure of the Israeli market to global markets and economies have led the group to form strategic partnerships with various leading international enterprises. The Company is engaged through its subsidiaries in the manufacture and sale of a broad range of products including: a variety of printing and writing paper, packaging paper, corrugated board containers and packaging for consumer goods, household consumer products including disposable paper products and diapers, hygiene products and additional disposable consumer products. Furthermore, the Group engages in the marketing of office supplies to the institutional and business sectors. One of the Group's main fields of activity is the recycling of waste paper, cardboard and plastic alongside the manufacture of products utilizing advanced recycling technologies. The combination of technological leadership, vision and long-term perspective has guided the group to continue its large-scale investments and development designed to drive business strength and continuous growth. The Group is a public company whose shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. |
