Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On May 15, 2019, the Executive Chairman of GSRX Industries Inc. (the “Company”), Christian Briggs, will make a presentation to potential investors. Mr. Briggs will discuss the contents, in whole or in part, of a presentation prepared by the Company.

A copy of the presentation is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

On May 15, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company released its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
