KK and Winsness sucked up investor money in the dead company called, Greenshift. The CEO said the founders were so very important to Bioleum. And then he said the LODE investors will...(gag)

If KK or anyone still alive and responsible for Greenshifts failure reads this shit and you're working as a 'founder' at Bioleum, just pull the plug or delist GERS as you are definitely not important to Greenshift. You are a disgrace to the investors in Greenshift. And the only good thing about gagging and puking at the thought of you getting richer than what you squeezed out of Greenshift...the good thing is I can lose weight and take up ballet class.

KK gets preferred shares in Comstocks new fuel company while his old company, Greenshift, rots.

I wonder if KK even remembers the company where he provided investors like myself with so many r/s, bad news, and crap on what should have been a fantastic investment?

There hasn't been any activity with this stock for what seems ages (and completely understandable, there's no news whatsoever). But.. seems to me it still has a good chance of going for a last rollercoaster ride!

CNA is the parent company to Continental Casualty Company. In 2024, CNA had assets valued at 66.492 billion dollars.
As per a recent post revealing the status between Cantor and Continental it appears that the Greenshift can proceed in the arbitration regarding malpractice by Cantor.

As written here by what appeared to to KK, it was stated earlier that the number being sought in the arbitration is $100,000,000. It was mentioned that IF any settlement is made big enough to satisfy GERS debt then the remaining moneys would be shared with stock holders.
Sounds nice but, but, but... KK owns over 80% of the company so who knows about the common shareholder or those who own the debt in GERS don't exercise their right to convert at .25 and realize a large cash haul

Regardless, if news comes out that there IS continuing arbitration then MAYBE the stock price will bounce around and I can sell this miserable experience for enough to buy some new batteries for the sawmill. Though, even if nothing happens it will be nice to finally see the whole shit show fade away into oblivion. (it's true, lawyers are worms and the powerful completely rule America's judicial system.)

I see trades being bought at the .044 offer the last several days and the 71,000 size hasn’t changed, I wonder how much is really there?

Agreed - the American judicial system is as corrupt as any in a third world country. So I don’t see any point to going back to the same corrupt system. Unless they had some evidence that David Vander Thief bribed a judge or something. Which of course, knowing what a scumbag he is it wouldn’t surprise me in the least. Otherwise I think the courts would just be a long, expensive dead end - again.

Test, testing and testing results. Doesn't sound like they were ready to me. Sounds like they were testing. If they were ready to sell, why call it a testing partner/system after the fact? Why ask for further testing? Why say the outcome couldn't be known? Why ask to keep it confidential if you're ready to solicit?

Greenshift had the right and responsibility to test the system and the USPTO agreed.

Somebody sold at .0122 and someone bought those shares. Feel sorry for both the seller and buyer. The seller lost on their investment unless they got the shares for free and the buyer would have been better buying banana's on sale and made banana bread instead of waiting with the rest to watch the sun finally set on this 'company'.
