Li-Cycle in Commercial Agreements With Glencore, Adds Sinha to Board

Li-Cycle Holdings Corp. said Wednesday it entered into long-term
commercial agreements with Glencore Plc.
Li-Cycle said Glencore has completed its previously announced
$200 million investment in Li-Cycle through the purchase of a
five-year convertible note. Kunal Sinha, Glencore's head of
recycling, has been named to Li-Cycle's board of directors.
Li-Cycle said it would partner with Glencore to source battery
feedstock, black mass and sulfuric acid for its facilities.
Li-Cycle shares rose 3% to $8.41 in premarket trading.
