7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On
March 27, 2023, FOMO issued a press release (a) reporting it has
restated and/or filed financial results for the three months ended
March 31, 2022, the three months and six months ended June 30,
2022, and previously unreported results for the three months and
nine months ended September 30, 2022; and (b) announcing that our
management will participate in an online investor meeting on
Wednesday March 29, 2022 at 5:00pm ET.
