Other Events

On October 22, 2019, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) processed the Company’s previously announced name change. As a result of the processing of this corporation action by FINRA, the Company’s name “Energy and Water Development Corp.”, will now appear alongside its trading symbol, which remains “EAWD”.

On August 23, 2019 the Company’s Board of Directors and shareholders representing a majority of the shares entitled to vote approved an amendment to the Company’s articles of incorporation changing the Company’s name to “Energy and Water Development Corp.”, as previously reported on the Company’s September 5, 2019 filing on Form 8-K.
