| Founded in 2006, DirectView Holdings, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, is a fast-growing provider of security, surveillance, video, and teleconferencing technologies and services to businesses and organizations operating in commercial, government, medical, and education sectors. DirectView's Security and Surveillance division provides clients with state-of-the-art integrated security management systems, analog and IP security cameras, as well as DVR/NVR/VMS solutions. The Company is currently expanding its product offering to encompass their own DirectView security cameras, thermal cameras, "intelligent" security cameras equipped with facial recognition, and other emerging technologies. Through its Videoconferencing division, DirectView offers clients quality video, audio, multipoint videoconferencing, document conferencing, data and IP videoconferencing technologies and services. The Company has established partnerships with some of the industry's top brands and is also producing and selling its own DirectView branded line of analog and IP security solutions.
