Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 9, 2022, Descrypto Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the launch by OpenLocker, Inc., the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, of the Gatorverse, an exclusive community dedicated to connecting University of Florida Gators fans and student-athletes, empowering them to engage with fans through innovative collectibles. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
