Daimler Finance Unit Appoints New CEO, Supervisory Board Chairman

Daimler AG's (DAI.XE) financial-services business said Monday
that it has made personnel changes on its supervisory and
management boards and shuffled around other responsibilities.
The unit, which plans to change its name to Daimler Mobility AG
from Daimler Financial Services AG on July 24, said it appointed
Franz Reiner as chairman of the board, effective immediately. Mr.
Reiner replaces Klaus Entenmann, who is retiring.
Daimler's new finance chief Harald Wilhelm, the former CFO of
Airbus SE (AIR.FR), is taking over the role of supervisory board
chairman of Daimler Financial Services from Bodo Uebber, the former
Daimler CFO.
