Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets

On September 8, 2021, Clickstream Corporation. (the “Company”) exercised its option (the “Option”) to purchase 149,012,000 shares of Winners, Inc. from Thomas Terwilliger. In connection therewith, the Company made payment to Mr. Terwilliger of $75,000 representing the remaining amount of the exercise price payable for the Option.
