Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On November 30, 2020, CCUR Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified by Wayne Barr, Jr., the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, that he was voluntarily terminating the leave of absence granted to him by the Company’s Board of Directors on June 11, 2020, and resigning, effective immediately, as Chief Executive Officer and from any other positions and offices held with the Company or its subsidiaries.
