Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 24, 2021, Capstone Companies, Inc. (“Company”) issued a press release announcing a webcast and conference call on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, in order for Stewart Wallach, the Company’s Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, to update the status of the Smart Mirror product launch as well as marketing directives leading up to the Consumer Electronics Show 2022. The Consumer Electronics Show 2022 is a major trade show for consumer products.
