ITEM 5.02 – DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS.

On October 7^th, 2019, the Shareholders of the Corporation elected Mr. Gabriel Yariv as a Director of the Corporation, to join its current Board effective immediately. At the same time the Shareholders elected to remove Estery Giloz-Ran and Eran Ballan from their positions as Directors and Board Members effective immediately.
