Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

(b) On June 5, 2017, Carl O’Connell, a member of the board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Calmare Therapeutics Incorporation (the “ Registrant ”), informed the Registrant of his intention to resign from the Board, effective on or about June 26, 2019, because of competing time demands. Mr. O’Connell will continue as a member of the Board until the effective date of his resignation.
