Item 8.01	Other Events. On August 25, 2022, Butler National Corporation (OTCQB: BUKS), announced, through its wholly-owned subsidiary that manages Boot Hill Casino & Resort in Dodge City, Kansas, the Company has reached an agreement with Golden Nugget Online Gaming, LLC, a subsidiary of DraftKings, Inc., as its third provider of online interactive sports wagering for the Kansas Lottery.
