Other Events.

On October 30, 2019, Biostage, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has submitted an Investigational New Drug, or IND, application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the Company’s lead product candidate, the Cellspan Esophageal Implant. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
