Glass Lewis to vote against the company's remuneration report at
the annual general meeting, Sky News reports.
--The concern is regarding the U.K. defense-and-aerospace
company's decision to award a 2 million pound ($2.8 million)
compensation to Chief Executive Charles Woodburn, after a poaching
attempt by Rio Tinto PLC, Sky News says.
