STOCKHOLM--Swedish industrial tool maker Atlas Copco AB said Tuesday it has acquired the operating assets of MedCore Services Inc., a medical gas service provider in Toronto, Canada.

MedCore Services was founded in 2010 and has 7 employees. It had revenue of around 1.5 million Canadian dollars ($1.1 million) in 2021.

The company services piped medical gas equipment, including medical air systems, vacuum systems, and pipeline equipment.

The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
