STOCKHOLM--Swedish industrial tool maker Atlas Copco AB said Wednesday it has acquired Aircel LLC, a U.S.-based provider of air treatment and air-purification solutions.

Privately-owned Aircel is headquartered in Maryville, Tennessee, and has 19 employees. Revenue totaled $6.4 million in 2021.

In a separate statement, Atlas Copco also announced the acquisition of Precision Pneumatics Ltd and Wearside Pneumatics Ltd, two compressed air distributors and service providers in the U.K.

Precision Pneumatics Ltd is based near Liverpool and has 26 employees, while Wearside Pneumatics is based near Newcastle upon Tyne and has 17 employees.

Both U.K. companies are privately-owned by the same owners.

The purchase prices for the acquisitions weren't disclosed.
