Atlas Copco Completes EUR670 Million Deal to Buy Pump Manufacturers

STOCKHOLM--Swedish industrial tool maker Atlas Copco AB said
Monday that it has completed the previously announced acquisition
of pump manufacturers Lewa GmbH and Geveke BV in a deal worth a
combined 670 million euros ($685.2 million).
The company announced the all-cash deal to buy Germany-based
Lewa and Netherlands-based Geveke in March.
