STOCKHOLM--Swedish industrial tool maker Atlas Copco AB said Tuesday it has acquired Fitec SAS, a French distributor of compressors. Fitec is based in Tarnos in the southwest of France and has eight employees, it said. The purchase price wasn't disclosed.
