Atlas Copco Acquires Vacuum Pumps Manufacturer in India

Atlas Copco AB said Wednesday that it has agreed to acquire HHV
Pumps Pvt. Ltd., a designer and manufacturer of vacuum pumps and
systems used in a range of industries for an undisclosed
amount.
The Swedish industrial tool maker said the purchase price isn't
material relative to its market capitalization, but the acquisition
is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022.
Atlas said India-based HHV Pumps has 151 employees, and in 2020
posted revenue of around $6 million.
