The opening of Snakes & Lattes Tempe is pivotal for the company as it marks the brand’s official penetration into the US market with a brick and mortar location on US soil. The company was fortunate to have secured prime real estate for the venue in the Mill Avenue District which is considered to be the hottest entertainment center in the entire state of Arizona. Tempe’s Mill Avenue is pedestrian friendly and has ample parking. The location is minutes away from Sky Harbor International Airport as well as Arizona State University, which has over 72,000 annual enrollees. Upgrades and renovation are nearing completion as the crews are putting on the ‘finishing touches’ which includes signage and other aesthetics.
