partner, VICIdial, has completed a major installation of the VICIdial Call
Center Platform for Vision Financial. This implementation expanded the capacity
of the Vision Financials call center, which now can manage over 400,000 outbound
calls per day while also managing approximately 10,000 inbound calls per day.

1%, nearly 2% lower than the FTC drop limit of 3%. This makes it a highly
desirable product for VICIdial customers who already benefit from the SIP based
solution.
