Lift & Co. Corp. ("Lift & Co." or the "Company") (TSXV: LIFT) (OTCQB: LFCOF) is pleased to announce it has sold out of booth space and expanded its four-day landmark Lift & Co. Cannabis Business Conference (“LCBC”) and Expo Toronto 2019 (the “Lift & Co. Toronto Expo”) taking place this June.

Part of Lift & Co.’s Event Marketing line of business, the Lift & Co. Toronto Expo has become one of the most effective ways for brands in the new consumer packaged goods industry of cannabis to build exposure in light of restrictive marketing. This is Lift & Co.’s first Expo in Ontario since legalization—the province is estimated to account for nearly 40 per cent of the country’s cannabis spending growth in the next five years1—and its first since Ontario opened brick-and-mortar retail. As the largest cannabis consumer trade show in Canada (the 2018 event drew more than 20,000 visitors) the Lift & Co. Toronto Expo will frame the final few months as the industry prepares for the legalization of edibles and concentrates later this year. 

Anchored by the new slogan “Get to Know Cannabis,” the sold-out show floor will feature more than 250 B2B and B2C exhibitors and several larger consumer-focused spaces to give attendees ample opportunity to discover the industry, brands and products.

The event kicks off with the Lift & Co. Cannabis Business Conference Toronto 2019 on Thursday, June 6, Canada’s leading cannabis business conference featuring an intensive day of talks from preeminent leaders and subject matter experts.

From Friday, June 7 to Sunday, June 9, the Lift & Co. Cannabis Expo Toronto 2019 presents a full roster of speakers and more than 250 exhibitors. Lift & Co. Toronto Expo Industry Day takes place on Friday, and the Consumer Weekend is Saturday and Sunday. The sold-out exhibitor floor this year will see a notable growth in average booth size compared to previous years as brands further use the event as a platform to make an impact with their customers and drive awareness and differentiation in the market. The Lift & Co. Toronto Expo is also expanding its presence in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, taking over the main floor for the first time with additional programming. New consumer-focused features include:

• Vape Showcase: Located at street level of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, this 10,000-square-foot space will provide a first-ever dedicated exhibition space to the latest in vaporizer tools and technology. 
• Accessories Zone: In collaboration with humble+fume, this space will give attendees a chance to explore an expansive collection of innovative and design-focused accessories from rolling papers to glass water pipes, preservation packs, kitchen appliances and more. 
• Grow Zone: In collaboration with Green Planet Wholesale, the Grow Zone will shine a light on one of the hottest topics in adult-use cannabis: the home grow. This space will display the equipment needed and provide the necessary information to learn how to grow at home or run a micro-facility.
• Wellness Room: The wellness room on the first floor of the convention centre will be host to a weekend full of dedicated programming.

The Company’s most recent Lift & Co. Cannabis Expo Vancouver 2019 in January—Canada's first post-legalization cannabis trade show—was record-breaking with 60 per cent growth in exhibitors over the previous year and more than 18,000 attendees.

Tickets for the Lift & Co. Cannabis Expo Toronto 2019 are available now and range from $25 to $65 (CAD). A limited number of all-access passes for the LCBC, which include entry to the full Lift & Co. Toronto Expo weekend, are available for $550 (CAD).
