EDMONTON, AB, June 26, 2020 /CNW/ - Fire & Flower
Holdings Corp. ("Fire & Flower" or the "Company") (TSX: FAF)
(OTCQX: FFLWF), today announced the repayment of $27,168,000 principal amount of 8.0% unsecured
convertible debentures of the Company (the "Debentures")
(and accrued and unpaid interest thereon) issued on June 26, 2019 pursuant to the terms of a
debenture indenture dated June 26,
2019 between the Company and Computershare Trust Company of
Canada (the "Indenture").
This repayment by the Company represents the retirement of all
Debentures under the Indenture.
