                               Additional Listing


Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a total of 155,025 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's main market pursuant to the exchange of shares in KS
Canada Inc originally issued as part of the Avicenna Medica acquisition in 2001.


Admission of all the Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 23 May
2003.
