RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 2.02, “Results of Operations and Financial Condition.”

On March 2, 2020, Zymeworks Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
