ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby notifies that in the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting held on May 2, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. Israel time, at the Company’s offices at 9 Andrei Sakharov Street, Haifa, Israel, all three proposed resolutions were approved by the required majority.
