On June 21, 2021, ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the extension of its commercial cooperation agreement with Alibaba.com for two more years until 2023. A copy of this press release is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
