Following previous notices filed by the Company on Form 6-K on April 5, 2021, and on April 13, 2021 in connection with the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Company to be held on May 12, 2021 at 14:30 (Israel time), the Company wishes to clarify the following (that is already included in the previous above-mentioned notices): Although there are eleven (11) nominees for board members positions on the ballot, the maximum size of the board permitted by the Company’s Articles of Association is nine (9). In addition, the Company’s board recommends the Company’s shareholders to vote for the nine (9) incumbent directors and not for other nominees.
