Williams (NYSE: WMB) announced today that it has priced a public offering of $900 million of its 2.600% Senior Notes due 2031 at a price of 99.631 percent of par. The expected settlement date for the offering is March 2, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.

Williams intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to repay its $500 million of 4.00% Senior Notes due 2021 and its $371 million of 7.875% Senior Notes due 2021 and for general corporate purposes.
