Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
At the annual meeting of stockholders of Westlake Corporation (the “Company”) held on May 12, 2022 (“2022 Annual Meeting”), two matters were voted upon by the Company’s stockholders: (1) the re-election of three members of the board of directors and (2) the ratification of the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022.
