--Walt Disney Co. (DIS) signed a deal to lease the majority of Pinewood Studios in the U.K. for the next decade, the BBC reported.

--The deal allows Disney use of almost the whole studio, with the exception of three television studios and an underwater stage, the report said.

--Disney recently filmed "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker" and "Mary Poppins Returns" at the studio, among other productions, the report said.

--Disney hasn't commented on the deal, the report said.
