--Comcast Corp. (CMCSA) may sell its 30% stake in video-streaming platform Hulu to The Walt Disney Co. (DIS), CNBC reported Thursday, citing "people familiar with the matter."

--The two companies have been holding talks, though it is unsure if a deal will be completed, the report said.

--Earlier this month, AT&T Inc. (T) sold its minority stake in Hulu back to the company in a deal that values the streaming site at around $15 billion.
