2022 Annual General Meeting

On April 25, 2022, Venator Materials PLC (the “Company”) distributed a notice of annual general meeting (the “Notice of AGM”) to be held at the offices of the Company at Titanium House, Hanzard Drive, Wynyard Park, Stockton-On-Tees, United Kingdom, TS22 5FD on June 6, 2022 at 4.30 p.m. British Summer Time (the “AGM”) and its annual report for the year ended December 31, 2021 (the “Annual Report”) to the holders of the Company’s ordinary shares. The Notice of AGM is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
