Vale informs on the completion of the share buyback program approved in April 2021

 

Rio de Janeiro, October 29, 2021 - Vale S.A. (“Vale”) informs that it has completed the share buyback program of Vale’s common shares and their respective ADRs, approved by its Board of Directors on April 1, 2021, as it reached the announced objective of repurchasing up to 270 million shares, having acquired a total of 270,000,000 common shares at an average price of US$ 19.55/share, which amounts to approximately US$ 5,279 million.
