Item 7.01			Regulation FD Disclosure

On July 19, 2021, Universal Insurance Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.16 per share, payable on August 9, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 2, 2021. The announcement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, is incorporated herein by reference.
