Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Restricted stock units ("RSUs") convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis. Accordingly, there was no purchase price paid by the reporting person.
(2)	Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of United Natural Foods, Inc. common stock upon vesting in accordance with the terms of the reporting person's RSU agreement. The RSUs were granted on December 19, 2019. This Form 4 reflects the vesting of this RSU on October 6, 2020 as to 100% of the original grant amount.
