Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective May 21, 2020, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Tyson Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) increased the number of directors to fourteen and appointed David J. Bronczek as a member of the Board. There are no relationships between Mr. Bronczek and the Company that would require disclosure pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
