General Motors (GM) is suspending its advertising on Twitter (TWTR) following Elon Musk's takeover, CNBC's Michael Wayland and Lora Kolodny report. GM, a rival to Musk's Tesla (TSLA), said it is suspending advertising as it evaluates Twitter's new direction.
