The trial date is for October 17 in Delaware Chancery Court and will be on whether Musk should go through with his $44 billion acquisition of Twitter (TWTR). According to an Associated Press report, Musk will face the deposition, on Monday, Tuesday, and possibly on Wednesday. The deposition will not be public. The report stated that it was not clear whether Musk will appear in person or by video.
