EXPLANATORY NOTE
On February 10,
2022, Tufin Software Technologies Ltd. (the “Company”, “Tufin” or
“we”) issued a press release entitled “Tufin Announces Fourth
Quarter and Full Year 2021 Results” announcing its financial
results for the fourth quarter and the full year ended December 31,
2021. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1
herewith.
