Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On January 26, 2023, Trinseo PLC, a public limited company existing under the laws of Ireland, issued a press release announcing preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
